Send a chat message from within the app to your provider.
If you don't hear from your provider via the app chat, send an email (see MY PROFILE - My Provider Email).
My assigned provider does not respond via the app chat.
Most providers reply within 24 hours. If you don't hear from your provider via the app chat, send an email (see MY COACH in the app or in the AI portal).
In case you haven't heard anything for 48 hours please contact us.

Ask your provider for Shared Medical Appointments, Personal 1:1 Consultation to address your root-causes, or Premium Lifestyle Medicine Services (like Primary Care blood tests, biomarker review, and more).

If you have an active LMWORKS™ PRO AI (with Foundations Course) membership and want to upgrade and add the LMWORKS™ PRO AI CERTIFICATION TRAINING, then please contact us.
Yes, new M.A., Ph.D., and Fast-Track (M.A. plus Ph.D.) degree students will receive complimentary access to both the LM WORKS™ PRO AI Foundations (with AI Assistants) and the LMWORKS™ PRO AI Certification Course. Book a discovery call with our admissions team.

LMWC Lifestyle Medicine WORKS™ Certification: Provided by Lifestyle Prescriptions® University* (Complete LMWORKS™ PRO AI Foundations Course and Certification Training in 6+ months)
After your LMWC graduation you may continue with:
DipIBLM Certification: Sit for the DipIBLM or DipABLM board exam. You must hold an MD, MBBS, or equivalent degree in a health discipline. (Optional: Add 2-3 months)
NBHWC Certification: Sit for the National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach exam and earn your NBC-HWC credentials. (Optional: Add 4-6 more months)
M.A. or Ph.D. in Lifestyle Medicine degree: Apply your ECST credits and go all the way to earn the highest credential available.
